I ordered these sights because they were listed as fitting my pistol, but the rear sight didn’t go on right and ended up needing some filing. Kind of had a “why is this so complicated?” moment, because I figured it would be straightforward. Customer support was decent, but the compatibility info really needs to be clearer

I had a frustrating experience with their support team. I emailed about an issue with my order and ended up waiting much longer than I expected. When they finally got back to me, the reply didn’t really address what I had asked, which made the whole thing feel even more discouraging.

I followed up hoping someone would take a closer look, but the responses stayed short and didn’t offer a clear solution. It made me realize how much customer service shapes the whole experience, not just the product itself. The item might be fine, but after feeling brushed off, I’m not sure I’d want to order from them again.

I took it out for a few rounds and noticed my shots weren’t grouping the way I expected. At first I thought it was just me having an off day, but even after taking my time, the pattern still felt kind of weird. It’s not terrible, but the accuracy just felt a bit off

The shipping took way longer than I thought it would, and I wasn’t not annoyed by it. The product eventually showed up, but the wait was kind of frustrating.

I really wanted to like these sights, and to be fair, they installed without much trouble and they do still work. But for the price, the build quality just feels kind of average to me. After a few range trips, I started noticing some wear, and one edge looked like it had a small chip. Maybe I just got a bad set, who knows. I just always take the whole “built tough” marketing stuff with a grain of salt, and these didn’t really prove me wrong. They’re usable, but I wouldn’t call them super durable.

I was disappointed with these. In low light, I could barely make out the sights at all. There’s just something about it that made them feel way dimmer than I expected.

Got them on eventually. Took a little longer than I thought it would, though. Not impossible or anything, just a bit tricky in spots. Had to mess with them for a while before they were finally set
